How do you ensure the trees survive shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced breathable packaging and moisture-retaining gels to keep roots hydrated. Every tree is secured within the box to prevent shifting and damage during transit.
What is your survival guarantee?
We offer a 30-day health guarantee on all live plants. If your tree shows signs of distress within the first month of arrival, please contact us with photos and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
When is the best time to plant my new tree?
Generally, early spring or late autumn are the ideal planting seasons to avoid extreme heat. However, since our trees are container-grown, they can be planted year-round as long as the ground is not frozen.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large landscaping projects?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for orders of 10 or more trees. Please contact our trade desk for a custom quote if you are planning a large-scale home improvement project.
Can I return a tree if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns once a tree has been delivered. We encourage you to review our growth charts and hardiness zone maps before completing your purchase.
